RTV Purmerend is a Top 40 FM radio station based in Purmerend, North Holland, Netherlands.

The Purmerendse Omroep Vereniging is the current local radio and television station in Purmerend, which includes RTV Purmerend. Now, however, online is an essential tool; let's go back to a time when the internet was still young.

The Umbrella working group was created in 1995 to build a new local television station in Purmerend. During the early 1990s, they were quietly establishing the groundwork for Purmerend's city, rather than the numerous small groups that had already sprung up and wanted to start their own sound.
